Holiday Greetings and Exciting News from Inmagic

Dear Inmagic customer,
As we approach the end of the year and look ahead to the future, I want to take this opportunity to thank you on behalf of our entire company and our network of partners around the globe for your business and support. Many of you have been customers for many years and we hope all of you will continue using our products for years to come.
It's been a productive year here at Inmagic on many fronts. We have shipped new releases of Presto with powerful new end user configuration, alerting, RSS support and more; we delivered DB/Text and WebPublisherPRO v10; we celebrated our 200th Genie customer; and our company was featured on the cover of SLA's Information Outlook magazine. These are all important milestones for our company, and building blocks from which to grow in the new year.
As we look to the future, I want to share some very exciting news. Inmagic has elected to partner with Edison Venture Fund to obtain a sizeable investment to accelerate product development, enhance the Inmagic product portfolio and extend the reach of the Inmagic brand. What specific changes will this mean for Inmagic customers?
- Our product development group will be expanded substantially to enable more frequent and more robust releases of all of our core technology platforms.
- Our Technical Support and Professional Services organizations will be staffed up to provide an enhanced customer service experience during all of your interactions with Inmagic from your first contact when considering one of our new products, through implementation, training and ongoing support.
Additionally, over the coming months you will see Inmagic expand the scope of our products and offerings by adding to our traditional library management and content publishing offerings new collaborative and social media capabilities and services. Our vision is to provide you with a rich suite of products which will allow your content to serve as the hub of a vibrant, interactive community.
What won't change? To begin with, the people and the Inmagic products you have relied on for years aren't going anywhere. There will just be more of us to support your needs both today and tomorrow. Our commitment to you, and our ability to support your needs with world class products and support will only get better. We are taking everything you like about Inmagic and making it faster, more technically advanced and more responsive to your needs. These new additional resources allow us to do this quickly and efficiently.
