Senior Account Manager - 5,000 Clients and Growing!

As the successful Senior Account Manager candidate, you will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and be responsible for the sale of Inmagic's products and services into new accounts as well as cross and up-selling new products and services to the existing customer base within a geographic territory.

Our small, growing sales and marketing team is looking for a team-oriented individual with a consultative sales approach, experience selling enterprise software applications to senior level management and a proven track record.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct sale of Inmagic Presto solutions and services to new and existing customers;
  • Develop and own a direct sales territory within North America
  • Develop territory and account plans including target accounts, sales strategy and account/opportunities profiles
  • Engage business development and marketing teams as needed to ensure sufficient lead flow to build and maintain necessary pipeline to achieve quota
  • Deliver annual quota of approximately $1M
  • Maintain proper documentation and record all sales-related activity through the Inmagic Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce/Netsuite)
  • Produce Pipeline and Forecast reports as needed for sales and executive management
  • Prospecting, lead generation, qualification, presentation, proposal generation, and all forms of opportunity management necessary to successfully win business are required.

Requirements:

  • Successful experience selling enterprise software solutions to senior management in Fortune 2000 companies
  • Experience selling SaaS and/or hosted solutions a plus
  • Experience in Knowledge Management market (experience selling Document, Content, Digital Asset, Library, CRM solutions)
  • 4 - 8+ years experience enterprise software solutions sales experience with a significant portion of the sales process managed remotely
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed quota
  • Proven "hunter and farmer" background with consultative sales approach
  • Experience with department & enterprise (six figure) multi-year, multi-level sales to new & existing clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Web sales tools (Webex, etc)
  • Exemplary sales, organization and communication skills (written, verbal &presentation)
  • Team Player with outstanding “can-do” attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Interest and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Strong desire to succeed and grow with the company.
