Inmagic announces introductory discount on Genie Express Web-based catalog solution
Buy before June 30th - and receive a significant discount!
Genie Express is a Web-based application that provides online access to a single database, catalog or archive, quickly and without requiring IT support or any development effort on your part. Genie Express supports the management and publishing of both traditional and non-traditional research assets such as documents, news, URLs, images, books, and more.
For many years now, Inmagic has provided products for publishing catalogs to the Web. We have seen customers publish their catalogs in many shapes and forms. Some customers have built outstanding interfaces, while others have been less successful in creating a user experience that meets what they and their user community expected. Still others have hesitated to go to the Web, fearing that they would not be able to achieve a high-quality result.
With the introduction of Inmagic® Genie Express, everyone has the ability to achieve great results. To address the evolving demands and requirements around publishing catalogs to the Web, we have combined "best of breed" features from many of our customers along with a set of new features. The result is a highly-configurable catalog application. Genie Express ensures that every customer's Web-based catalog will look world-class and include advanced capabilities - in just a few weeks.
Genie Express is based on the OPAC from Inmagic® Genie (Inmagic's Web-based integrated library system). This means that your search, display, and edit screens are pre-built and ready to go. You even get advanced features like InfoCart, file upload, and image reports on the Web.
Inmagic can help you quickly configure Genie Express to fit your database and its fields - and then you are ready to go!
Because Genie Express is fully Web-based, maintenance enhancements to the product will automatically be available to you and your users with each maintenance release. Whether you are a Windows customer going to the Web for the first time, or a current WebPublisher PRO customer wanting to take your catalog to the next level - consider Genie Express.
