Introducing Inmagic’s Professional Services GroupThese days, managing information is becoming more and more complex, often requiring complicated software solutions. Time and again, we hear from customers about how they need to get their software purchase up and running quickly but don’t want to wait for assistance from their already over-burdened IT group. Situations can be anything from creating a completely customized solution requiring planning, development and deployment to basic installation assistance. Inmagic's Professional Services Group (PSG) brings the expertise of Inmagic’s Consulting and Training groups under one umbrella enabling us to provide you with both pre-packaged and customized services offerings. Led by Paul J. Puzzanghera, Vice President Professional Services, PSG offers a breadth of customization services to meet the unique information management needs of your organization. From designing a simple HTML report screen to developing comprehensive e-commerce applications, our consultants can work in collaboration with you to ensure that Inmagic solutions meet your business needs. PSG is responsible for the development and delivery of our packaged service offerings, as well as custom consulting for “soup-to-nuts” solutions. Last month we introduced the SolutionSeries for out-of-the-box customization and the JumpStart Series to assist you with implementation and installation. This month we are introducing a new offering from the SolutionSeries – the InfoCart Solution Pack. Based on the shopping cart metaphor, InfoCart allows end users to search, reserve, and order information from a myriad of data sources directly from their desktop. A Web-based solution, running on the Inmagic® Content Server platform, Genie is designed to meet the needs of the expanding corporate information center.
