Stearns will address ways in which effective content transformation can deliver real value
to your company. The seminar will be followed by a live online chat with the speakers.

Inmagic® Genie Launched - Introducing our newest library and information management product
You've been hearing about Inmagic® Genie - A Web-based solution for the corporate
information center - for a couple of months now. Well - the word is out! On May 5th we
officially announced the launch of Genie. Accessible from a standard Web browser, Genie
supports the back-office needs of the corporate information center while simultaneously
providing a rich and robust search and retrieval environment for end users. You can read
the
press release, attend an online seminar
or see a demo at the Inmagic booth (#637/639) during SLA.
Inmagic Index Browse/Word Wheel and Microsoft Java Virtual Machine
With the recent Sun/Microsoft settlement in which Microsoft removed their Java Virtual
Machine (JVM) from distribution, some existing and new customers using Inmagic® Content
Server or Inmagic® DB/Text WebPublisher PRO (DBTW/WPP) may be affected. The Inmagic Index
Browse/Word Wheel requires use of a JVM and works best with the Microsoft JVM. If a
DBTW/WPP customer does not already have a JVM, they should review the Inmagic KnowledgeBase
article
"Index Browse/Word Wheels & Java Virtual Machine" (Article #2444) on how to download an
alternative to the Microsoft JVM. Customers using Inmagic® Content Server have at
their disposal both the non-Java and Java versions of the Index Browse/Word Wheels.
Additionally, the next release of DBTW/WPP will also provide a non-Java
version.
