Search results are displayed in a format best suited to each type of content retrieved. Presto‘s search capabilities support relevance ranking across different content types, word highlighting, natural language search, wild card and many more search features. Through Inmagic’s partnership with WebFeat, Presto users can conduct federated searches across virtually unlimited external sources. Since your end users may not know exactly what they are seeking, Presto supports taxonomy structures and provides a browsable directory that allows your end users to navigate to the information they need. Increase Self-SufficiencyWith Presto your end users can do more than simply search and access your content and information resources. End users can email the results of a search to a colleague. Content can be saved or downloaded directly to a desktop. If end users have additional questions or if the content is not available electronically, they can submit a request for information through the system.
