Content Server v10- Released April 25, 2007
What's New in this Version?
Inmagic Content Server v10 was released on April 25, including CS/TextWorks v10 and CS/WebPublisher PRO v10. Based on customer input, v10 includes a significant set of new features and improved functionality to help you to better use your Inmagic technology.
CS/TextWorks v10 features include:
- Textbase information now includes a list of public elements (forms, query screens, etc.)
- The program files are now digitally signed
- "Maintain Thesaurus" is now compatible with Internet Explorer 7.0
CS/WebPublisher PRO v10 features include:
- The option to use an alternative search syntax when exporting a query screen to HTML
- The ability to configure an RSS feed
- Image files can be located in multiple folders
- Web Batch Modify supports the validation = override/update parameter
- Web Edit permits you to add new entries at the cursor position
- The Inmagic Choices Browser:
- Now supports Firefox browsers
- Permits customization of the text on the Add, Replace All, NEXT, and PREV buttons
- Shows tooltips on most controls
Inmagic customers on maintenance automatically receive CS/Textworks v10 and/or CS/WebPublisher PRO v10 as part of their annual maintenance contract, and thus can take advantage of these enhanced features and functionality at no additional cost.
If you own both CS/TextWorks and CS/WebPublisher PRO, you need to keep both products on the same version. These products are designed to work together and therefore these products have interdependencies. Please upgrade both CS/TextWorks and CS/WebPublisher PRO to ensure that they continue to work correctly.
