great time-saver for your Tech Support folks.

Sample databases using Inmagic Web publishing products
Each database sample is fictitious but based on real life applications, such as a library catalog.
Interactive Library OPAC
Inmagic takes you far beyond
the old read-only catalog. "Get interactive" with this sample
Web-based online catalog. Search for items of interest and
view the results. Then save time by delivering the information
via e-mail -- patrons can send requests to the library, or
the library can send bibliographies to patrons. Those using
the collection can also share their personal "reviews" of
material. Inmagic's unique Word Wheel field browsing for easy,
accurate searches comes with the standard solution. E-mail
is a customized option.
Patents
Textbase
The patents textbase for sample company "Millennium
Plastics" features sophisticated linking to Web sites run
by IBM and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. Use the textbase
for keyword searching of the patent text and abstract. Then
click on one of the link choices to bring up the patent image
or full original copy from the IBM or USPTO sites.
Technical
Reports Knowledgebase
The interface for this online collection
of automotive technical reports facilitates collaborative
feedback from users regarding the usefulness of the reports.
Employees can rank the reports from 1 to 10 and provide comments
on them. The information then appears in the database in real
time, thanks to Inmagic's interactive Web solution.
Bonair vs. Krough Litigation Document Database
View a Web-enabled document database from the sample case of Bonair vs. Krough. Each record represents a single or multi-page document, with document data (date, author, recipient, etc.), full text, plus the image of each page. See how your litigation team can access case documents on your secure intranet using a Web browser.
Employee
Directory
A sample intranet directory of company employees,
along with pictures, e-mail addresses, and other pertinent
information.
