"When CDM redesigned its intranet, we needed to make an existing reference request system look like the branding used in the new intranet. Getting all of the functionality from the old system to work in the new intranet was a challenge. There had been a lot of customization, and the person who had created that system was no longer at CDM. Although I've created a lot of things in Inmagic software, this was beyond me.
