Through the Inmagic Customer Extranet, Inmagic customers with a current Maintenance agreement have "one-stop shopping" for Inmagic product, technical and support information.
The Customer Extranet includes:
- Support Knowledgebase: This extensive technical support knowledgebase is accessible 24/7 and searchable by product, article number or keyword.
- Frequently Asked Questions: Most commonly accessed elements of the Support Knowledgebase
- Technical Information: Technical notes, administrator's guides, and other detailed technical information and product documentation for Inmagic products
- Product Downloads: Ability to download and install the latest versions of Inmagic products
- Service Packs: Software patches and recommended updates
- Script Library: Our repository of scripts written in JavaScript or Visual Basic that can perform certain operations when the form or screen is opened or closed, or when buttons on the form or screen are clicked. You can cut and paste these free scripts into your DB/Text or Content Server code to do such things as fill in a box on a query screen or perform extra validation on the contents of a field in an edit form.

Inmagic supports only the current version of each Inmagic product, and the two immediately-previous versions. We strongly encourage customers to sign up for maintenance and keep product versions up-to-date, both for optimal functioning and to take advantage of useful new features.
